She has supported me through 4 inpatient admissions, and has helped me begin my journey to recovery.

An excellent experience. You are a very good listener and I am able to relax, confident in your competence! You've helped me to understand myself and my relationships better and I feel a natural rapport with you. The only very small suggestion I would have is to send meeting invites at a consistent time before the meeting as once or twice I wasn't sure if the meeting was happening. I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.
