My experience was amazing. I had a filling and I'm very nervous regarding dental procedures - Shrey and Eleanor couldn't have been kinder, more patient and more caring. I was told what was happening every step of the way and given breaks and pauses to recover and calm down. They even put music on for me to help me relax! Both were so kind and I felt very safe. I definitely won't be so worried next time I visit as this was a really positive experience.

My appointment was late even though I arrived on time and the person that went in before me went in at my appointment time. I was only told it was late until after she went in. During my appointment I was tilted on the chair without warning. Left with the lights shining in my eyes whilst both dentist and nurse left the room to find more equipment. It was freezing. I could hear the receptionist continuously phoning patients on speaker phone and hearing their phone numbers read out on voicemails.
