The doctor who saw me was genuinely the kindest, most patient doctor I have ever met. I explained I have health the anxiety and was met with compassion, understanding and a thorough exam which really put my mind at ease. I genuinely can’t thank him enough.

I had an excellent experience as a day patient at the Princess Grace. I was welcomed immediately, and taken to my room within ten minutes. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and all the nurses, porters and other staff were friendly, putting me at ease. I was taken through the practicalities of the procedure, which was on time and went well. The after-procedure care was very good, with a very attentive, friendly nurse. I was given all the (admittedly limited) catering I wanted and felt no pressure to leave my room after the nurse discharged me. I would happily return to the Princess Grace if needed.
