I found my review appointment with Mr Yamoah very, very helpful. I had been wanting to speak with him in person for a while, as I had lots of questions & issues I wanted to discuss, after my surgery. Mr Yamoah was very approachable & explained things clearly in a way that was easy to understand (& with diagrams - which I loved!) He answered many of the questions I had without me even having to ask, & discussed issues that were connected to & arising from my surgery. His bedside manner was brilliant, he was calm & very open, & spoke in a relaxed but confident & informative manner. He put me at ease & engaged brilliantly, making eye contact & talking TO me rather than just looking at his computer (which, in my experience, is unfortunately often the case.) Despite going in for my appointment about 40 minutes late, I didn't feel 'rushed' (which was brilliant) & he was happy for me to ask all the questions I had & discuss all my concerns & worries. I felt like I was listened to, & treated as an individual, rather than just a number. I came out of the appointment feeling happy, satisfied that all my questions had been answered & issues around the future had been discussed & suggestions made. I feel that taking the time to review patients & address their worries/concerns following surgery/ moving forward is SO important - it puts patients' minds at ease & saves future anxiety. Mr Yamoah did exactly that. My experience with Mr Yamoah has been great & I am pleased & thankful that he was the one to undertake my surgery.

The best decision I made was to see Dr Harris. She gave me all the information I needed and my specific menopause medication tailored to suit me. It really has made all the difference and I am extremely happy. I would highly recommend. Thanks so much.
