Great. Staff professional and friendly.

Very pleasing in all aspects

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

The Portland Hospital was outstanding and how my son was taken care of left me at ease that he was in safe hands. All members of staff were kind and approachable and above all very professional.

Claudia Brand is a highly professional Botox specialist. She is attentive, caring and provides highly professional customer service. I been going to 111 Harley St. for over a year now and I am always happy with the outcome. I come for my Botox treatment to treat chronic migraines and the treatment proven to be highly effective. Overall a pleasant experience

All staff were helpful and very friendly. The atmosphere is calming, Everywhere is extremely clean and tidy. Overall my experience has been perfect and i couldn't wish for any better, Especially considering the taking on of LTC patients. Which i am one of. Everyone was very reassuring and explained the changes currently occurring.

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.
