The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.

The time between booking the appointment and actual consultation was very long, at c. 2 months. This wasn't great but does seem to be an issue with other consultants so assume it reflects the demand for ENT services.
