An early evening appointment so it was very busy, staff were helpful both admin and nursing.

Overall care and communication were professional, circumspect and timely contributing to a reassuring experience.

The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.
