Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

Alien are hands down THE best in the business. Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and professional, they are always so welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for aesthetics!
