Dr. Agnew has been extremely helpful. He is a compassionate and perceptive listener, who is also able to gently push you to hold yourself accountable for your own well-being when necessary. His knowledge and awareness of various topics means that it is easy to feel comfortable around him, and you don't feel like you have to spend most of the session giving context or background information so that he can understand why you feel a certain way about a situation. Highly recommend.

I was extremely cautious starting grief counselling, but even in a short period it has given me exceptional insight and support.
