He is more than happy to discuss diagnoses in terms that are easy to understand and you feel reassured that you are very much in capable hands. He has a good sense of humour which helps to make you feel at ease during consultations.

Mr Chetwood was outstanding throughout the whole process, from initial consultation to the follow up. He really took the time to listen to questions, and every part was explained clearly to me. This was my first surgery, but I felt well prepared for every step, and nothing was unclear. He also took the time to get to know you as an individual, which makes the overall experience much less stressful

Dr Khan, was very professional and clear. He was straightforward and focused on the problem, and was determined to find the root cause / solution. I wish I saw him sooner.

My recovery was slower than I had hoped for but totally in line with Ben's commentary. In all 6 months to be close to where I expected and the key fundamentals (strength of stream and far less urge to go) a total success. Thanks Ben, thoroughly professional.
