I have had a very good experience with MyAccess so far. The clinic responds to queries quickly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. In future I would like to see the patient portal improved so that it had more information regarding prescriptions and products.

I’ve never been to Fitzrovia before but it’s a very nice location. Good clean building and modern interior. Easy to get to from the tube station at Warren Street.

Excellent communication

I’ve always had a great experience with Nurify. I’ve seen two doctors, and have had fantastic experiences with both of them, they are clearly experts in their field and I have always felt in very safe hands. Attending the practice is always a pleasant experience and I’ve only ever had positive experiences with the admin staff who are quick to respond and always willing to help.

An amazing team. From Val the PA all the way through to the surgeon, you knew you were in the best hands.

Efficient welcome and reception , before guidance to waiting area. I was seen within a short time of my arrival. The nursing and reception staff were helpful and welcoming.The provision of refreshments was very welcome.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

I didn't visit the clinic itself, but the remote experience was perfect. Swift replies containing all the information needed, flexible appointments with little waiting time and very friendly.
