The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Very professional. Was attended to quickly. Short waiting time. Pleasant staff.

The staff are very knowledgeable of their role and the hospital itself is very clean.

I got an appointment quickly; review came through quicker than expected. Nurse was lovely and gave a lot of helpful information. Also appreciated the actual exam was totally directed by myself in regards to what to have a look at.

Delay caused by previous patient fainting so new room had to be prepared which was done quickly and smoothly

It works very well, good caring staff and everything happened as expected.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.
