Appointments ran on time, I was seen quickly and taken to the correct waiting area. Everyone was polite & friendly throughout my experience.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the service was prompt and professional.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

I felt very comfortable during my stay in The Royal Marsden. The nursing team did a great job! Also The Royal Marsden hospital has the best kitchen so far I had in hospitals across the London. Many thanks!!
