Dr Ray was very good when we went to see her and listened to what we had to say. She recommended some tests and gave my daughter some medication. But post appointment trying to get hold of her has proved difficult and trying to find out test results has been hard, so we are no further forward than we were before our appointment.

Dr Walsh was extremely professional, compassionate and supportive in his approach. I felt very anxious entering my appointments with Dr Walsh but he did a wonderful job of making me feel at ease each and every time, and taking the time to understand me as a patient, making sure I felt seen and heard. Finally felt I had found a Doctor with the right experience to treat me and a calm, open manner that helped me believe I was being listened to also. With the simplified explanation for admittance I was able to focus on reestablishing a Basic Daily Routine, the change of medication mid-stay meant my QoL went up, the connecting with my spouse meant long term cahnge could be implemented.
