Excellent treatment ,aftercare and follow ups. Everybody went out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible, including spotlessly clean premises.

Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. I want to say how happy I am with the results of my breast reduction, which was performed by Mr Ghali and his Team in early April of this year. I knew from my initial consultation with Mr Ghali that I had found the perfect surgeon to perform this procedure. He immediately put my mind at ease, by firstly confirming that I did need this reduction, because this had been something I had been considering for years. Then I really appreciated how he included my family in the discussions and allowed for them to ask any questions, and no question was a 'silly question'. I also appreciated Mr Ghali offering to see me as many times as possible if I need additional reassurance or further questions to be answered. And I would always get quick responses from his PA, Emma. The attention to detail on the day of the surgery made me feel even more relaxed and confident in Mr Ghali's ability to do what I had asked for and he had promised to deliver. The aftercare from the staff over the time in hospital was so good. Mr Ghali came the next day to do a follow-up prior to discharging me and I knew I was going home with a smile on my face. I must say the pain levels for me were quite minimal, so that added to my happiness. My follow-up appointment a week later was again very reassuring again allowing for all questions to be answered, I would highly recommend Mr Ghali to anyone who is considering this type of surgery, and can definitely say you will not regret making that decision.

I immediately felt comfortable during my consultation with Miss Hunter who took time in explaining everything and answering all my questions. I was shown before and after photos of patients who had the same procedure that I was contemplating. I left the consultation feeling confident on what could be achieved. I am almost 1-year post surgery (breast reduction & lift) and I am delighted with the results. My sister accompanied me on the consultations and post-op checks and suffice is to say that when she decided she was ready for some self-improvement she also went to Miss Hunter and she too had a great experience and result.
