Great experience

Staff lovely The imaging department need revising. , no one to answer calls no one to answer messages left on the phone , got called after getting the complaints email and then nothing literally took weeks to be able to get through and an appointment and that’s with my consultants secretary getting on to them as well, finally when I got the appointment I could t fault the 2 staff that helped me on the day they were lovely

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

There is great professionalism in this group of Doctors. They listen carefully to the problems and leave nothing to chance. Extremely friendly and helpful.

I feel like all of the staff at the Whiteley clinic go above and beyond! I’ve never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff as I have there. Also, they are so thorough in taking you through every single detail of your treatment and the after-care is amazing too.

Lorraine was just wonderful. The whole experience was a very positive one and I can’t recommend her enough.
