My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.

Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.

From the welcome at reception to the team of each procedure (scans, blood tests), the team were professional, kind and welcoming.

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.
