Very nice clinic. Very spacious and lovely waiting area

This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.

Very nice staff and facilities

The doctor was very friendly and explained the details of the vaccine. I felt safe

I could not have been happier with this appointment. Never been before and will definitely go again. I only had a 15 min appointment so I rushed through what was wrong but the doctor took time to ask lots of questions and explain everything in detail. It's a very nice 'space' and I was impressed at how efficient it all was for a reasonable price. Thank you for coming to Fulham Broadway.

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

Clean and bright

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.

From the welcome at reception to the team of each procedure (scans, blood tests), the team were professional, kind and welcoming.

Good experience - and caring staff.
