Amazing experience , very efficient friendly and informative

I had an utterly appalling experience at Lindo Wing. The staff exhibited blatant rudeness and hostility, especially one receptionist—a woman with short, blonde-dyed hair, possibly of African Caribbean descent. Despite merely inquiring about the location of my scheduled TC scan, she unleashed a barrage of intimidation tactics. In front of everyone, she barked, "This is a private clinic; it's not here." The incredulous looks from her colleagues spoke volumes. Feeling utterly humiliated and insulted, I retorted that while I might be a private client, her behavior was unacceptable. Shockingly, she didn't offer an apology or attempt to rectify her egregious mistake. Left to fend for myself, I had to seek out the test location, with a colleague eventually pointing me across the street. This experience was nothing short of a shambles. It's disgraceful that anyone, particularly an elderly individual, should endure such treatment. Shame on her.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

We visit Florence Gardam at the clinic. She is a very knowledgable practitioner who offers a whole range of treatments for children with autism, delayed development, adhd and similar conditions. Our experience of the clinic is excellent.

Highly recommend - felt like I was listened too and a through check completed of my daughter. Left feeling more knowledgeable and reassured than when we came in. Thank you

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.

Hospital and medical staff, and consultants, were highly professional and eager to assist. Facilities modern and are conveniently located close to public transport.
