Dr Pardeep Grewal has such a calming nature about him and the atmosphere is relaxed which really helps me not get too panicky. He listens and communicates clearly with myself and we formulate simple action plans together which have been really instrumental in me growing alongside medication. I have always left looking forward to my next session - feeling content, better about myself and my progress - the professionalism given, space and service. I always leave my sessions with a progressive feeling that I am on track.
