Literally one of the best medical consultations I have had in a while! The initial purpose of the appointment was mole checking which he thoroughly did even proceeding to minor treatment within the first consultation as well as a step by step future plan. Apart from the initial reason of the appointment though, he went through my daily skincare routine providing advice and guidance above and beyond the protection of moles/ skin health. Dr Waseem was extremely thorough, kind, calm & professional. He explained things clearly & answered questions very honestly. He is one of the best doctors I have ever seen.

Dr. Sweta Rai was extremely unprofessional. She was more than 15minutes late, then rushed my appointment. She didn’t take the time to explain anything, used opaque terminology, threw in a possible cancer diagnosis and then unceremoniously escorted me out of the consultation room and told me to book a follow up appointment to discuss anything else. I will not be returning.
