Excellent service!

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

I was very impressed by the professionalism of all of the people working there and particularly welcomed the patient approach to working with me to find the best possible prescription solution for my vision.

Friendly receptionists and informed medical care

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Dr William Wall explained each step etc which was useful.

Professional. Caring. Absolutely determined to make you feel comfortable. If there is a delay, you are informed and kept in the loop. Great attitude. Made to feel very welcome.
