Great clinic, easy to access and park. The staff are friendly and professional , the premises are clean and spacious and the nurses have a fantastic manner with the children .

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Excellent facilities and exceptional staff

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

The reception from Andre and Shabana set the tone and calmed us in a stressful situation

Amazing staff and very clean waiting rooms for surgery. Overall experience was second to none. Will be a returning patient if ever necessary.
