I came to CATCH after struggling with addiction problems for many years. The 28 day rehab programme was truly life-changing. The compassionate therapists and supportive community provided the caring environment I needed to face my addiction head-on and develop healthier coping skills. I'm more than six months clean and sober now and things are getting better all the time.

I have been having CBT sessions here for two years. The people here have always been incredibly warm and welcoming, and in this environment, with the strong skills of my therapist, I feel I have been able to make great progress and put in place techniques and systems to better myself. I have nothing negative to say about the Priory and am sad to say goodbye to my therapist, who has helped me greatly.

The combination of group therapy, one to one sessions and continued aftercare is really working well for me, after years of battling my addiction, I am finally discovering some peace. I’ve learnt so much about myself and my triggers and I feel much more equipped to deal with the cravings my addiction brings.

I have had an excellent experience here at Delamere, the care and attention given to guests is exceptional, as are the bespoke group sessions, mentor and therapy sessions. Delamere life has improved since my last visit, the introduction of ‘fun Saturdays’, time offsite and questionnaire’s are a welcome addition. It is a shame that friends/relatives are only able to access the meeting for family support on the ‘family day’ and not on the ‘offsite Sunday’s’ that follow, I understand there is an issue in relation to the number of people onsite at any one time, therefore, maybe a presentation that could be emailed out could be an easy solution.

I was apprehensive about rehab re alcohol dependency after a negative experience in a different clinic 5 years ago....but I needn't have worried as soon as I had my assessments with Colin Jones (therapist) and Dr Fafiolu ( Consultant ) I knew I'd made the right choice .I completed my treatment on 25th March It is such a caring ,compassionate,positive and safe environment and you know that every single member of staff wants the best for you and for you to get better. The staff are all absolutely amazing and that includes Consultant, therapists,Holbrook ward team,housekeeping team and kitchen staff oh and not forgetting the admin & reception teams. It felt like my home for the 28 days and the patients and staff like extended family! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Bristol Priory to anyone that needed help with an addiction .

The hospital is spacious and clean, with extremely friendly and welcoming staff who are always ready to assist. The hospital is well-organized, making the entire process easy and stress-free.
