The staff are very knowledgeable of their role and the hospital itself is very clean.

Have been attending CCH for some years for various ailments and have never had an issue or concern.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.
