I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Acorn team for being so amazing and always accommodating me and my daughter. I cannot thank Doctor Alka enough for the incredible care and support she provided throughout my journey. She was the perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. I’d like to share my experience of my first recent frozen embryo transfer at Acorn Fertility. Having previously gone through the trauma of a painful ectopic pregnancy, I was incredibly anxious about the entire process. On the day of my transfer, I had the opportunity to speak with Dr Alka. I shared my fears and concerns with her, and she took the time to listen, reassure me, and explain that she would personally be carrying out the procedure. This brought me so much peace of mind. When I arrived at the theatre, I was instantly comforted to see Dr Alka there. She, along with her colleagues Leah and Maria (I hope I’ve remembered their names correctly – blame the brain fog!), were absolutely fantastic. Their warmth, humour, and ability to connect with me in such a natural, supportive way helped ease my nerves. They remained thoroughly professional while clearly communicating every step of the procedure. I especially want to mention nurse Leah, whose positive and uplifting energy truly stood out. She kept us informed throughout and brought such a sense of calm to the room. I am deeply grateful to Dr Alka for transforming what I feared would be a daunting experience into something calm and even magical. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference.

A wonderful, warm environment with clinicians that are focused on accuracy and ensuring your tailor made plan is right for your body. The nursing team is like a warm hug. Everyone is so responsive to your needs. The process takes some time to get your head around but they are so patient and guide you so well.
