Mrs Siân Brown

Siân Brown is an experienced Senior Music Psychotherapist and multidisciplinary practitioner based in Cork, Ireland. She holds a Master’s degree in Music Therapy (First Class Honours) from the University of Limerick and a Postgraduate Diploma in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology. With over 10 years of experience, she has developed a distinctive integrative practice that bridges clinical music psychotherapy with transpersonal psychology and shamanic-informed approaches, supporting clients through deep emotional processing, identity exploration, and meaning-making through music, sound and guided therapeutic work.

Her therapeutic practice is grounded in embodiment, using music as a medium for expression, regulation, and psychological integration. Drawing on both clinical and transpersonal frameworks, she views music therapy as a pathway for exploring inner experience and supporting individuals in connecting with emotional truth, self-awareness, and healing at both psychological and existential levels. Her experience in community settings, including Cork Simon Homeless Services, COPE and elder care, reflects this holistic and human-centred approach.
