Ms Pauline Glavin

Ms Pauline Glavin is an experienced psychotherapist practising with Cork, where she provides compassionate, client-centred support to individuals navigating a wide range of personal and emotional challenges. Accredited by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), Pauline is committed to helping clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.

Pauline holds a Higher Diploma in Counselling and a Diploma in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling. She takes a holistic approach to therapy, recognising the importance of addressing the emotional, psychological, and personal factors that influence overall wellbeing. At the heart of her work is the belief that understanding communication and its effectiveness is essential to living a happy, healthy, and fulfilled life.

Drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Humanistic, Integrative, Person-Centred, Rogerian, and Choice/Reality Therapy, Pauline tailors her support to meet the unique needs of each client.
