Olaf Luebben is a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist, certified by the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP). Holding a Master (Hons) degree in Psychotherapy, Olaf possesses a comprehensive understanding of various therapeutic techniques and approaches, including mindfulness-based therapy, spirituality, and self-help. Additionally, he holds a PhD in Physics, which allows him to bring scientific rigour to his practice, ensuring that his methods are effective and grounded in sound principles.

Olaf’s work is centred around compassion, self-help, and spirituality. He is dedicated to empowering individuals to discover their own solutions and strategies, fostering a sense of self-reliance and resilience. In his practice, Olaf combines empathy, understanding, and practicality, always prioritising the well-being of his clients.
