Mr Michael O'Carroll

Endeavour Counselling and Psychotherapy was established by Michael O’ Carroll in 2015. Michael has a BSc (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy and is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MIACP 11487).

He works with a broad range of issues including – Anxiety/Panic, Depression, Stress, Loss, Trauma, Addiction, Alcohol misuse, Family Issues, Suicide Ideation, Personal Development, Relationships, Grief/Bereavement, Social Anxiety, Intrusive Thinking, Living Abroad, Mens Issues, Assertiveness, Self Esteem and Confidence, Long Term Illness & Personal and Professional Coaching.

Michael works in person, online and also provides walking sessions. He works in an integrative fashion, engaging with the client to determine the most suitable approach for their situation, utilising Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Person Centered Therapy.

Michael is a founder of TherapyHub.ie & TherapyAcademy.ie and previously worked for Cuan Mhuire, Pieta House & PCI Counselling Service.
