Had a great session with Lydia, would highly recommend her for therapy. Lovely person who was very wise and comforting.

Thank you. You are doing great work within and have commenced with great intention. Remember that out of pain springs hope..
Lydia is a really intuitive therapist that treats you with kindness. She understands trauma well and how much it affects you years down the line, and is very open to LGBTQIA+ issues - I feel safe with her in that regard.

It really got me opening myself up to a professional for the first time without fear of judgement and it all unfolded organically. I felt safe

Thank you for your trust; your safety and confidentiality are paramount.
From the moment I met Lydia she made me feel comfortable and allowed me to speak at my own pace, I'm really grateful that she was able to fit me in to her busy schedule.

It's a pleasure.
Lydia is an incredibly kind, compassionate and thoughtful person. In the most professional way possible she posed insightful questions and possibilities to struggles I had been having for years that were really refreshing and helpful. I really really felt like I was actually being listened to as she was remembering situations even some peoples names from stories and situations I was mentioning maybe even weeks prior. I really felt like she always had my best interests at heart while still being able to invite me to understand my roles (good or bad) in arguments or situations I might of had with my family or friends or partner and always relating it back to how my mind is working not quick, unthoughtful or judgemental responses .

Thank you so much for taking the time to write me this lovely review - I appreciate it. It's a privilege.
Lydia is so understanding and supportive. I met Lydia during a difficult period in my my life, looking back I have a completely different mindset now. Lydia is positive, real and intuitive. Truly amazing at her job. From the first session I was comfortable and instantly knew we had a safe space. I highly recommend.

Thank you kindly for your review. You have made great gains over the 17 months we are working together - more power to you! It's a pleasure being present with you every fortnight & you are doing great work within. You have anchored yourself over the course of time, which is indeed a great healer. The journey within is a worthwhile one and never really ends, as you well know, once courageously begun...
I endorse Lydia as being a highly skilled and professional counsellor who has worked with multiple issues in her client work.
