Ms Jayne Wall is a qualified Play Therapist offering child-centred, non-directive, and holistic therapeutic services to children experiencing trauma or presenting with behavioural and emotional difficulties. She provides a safe and supportive environment where children can express themselves through play, enabling them to process experiences and build resilience.
Jayne is currently completing a Postgraduate Degree in Play Therapy at the University of Galway (2023–2025), following her Certificate in Play Therapy (2023). She also holds a BA (Hons) in Social Studies and Social Care from Waterford Institute of Technology, and began her career with a FETAC Level 5 in Childcare and Social Care.
Her professional career spans over 15 years across a wide range of social care and family support settings. This includes roles with ARC Family Resource Centre Raheen, Brothers of Charity Services Ireland, St Michael’s House, and Positive Care Ireland, where she supported children and young people with intellectual disabilities, developmental challenges, and complex emotional needs. She also gained valuable international experience as a Community Facilitator with Inclusion WA in Australia, working with individuals at risk of social exclusion.
Since 2024, Jayne has been practising independently as a Play Therapist in County Wexford, offering children and families a safe therapeutic space to work through grief, trauma, anxiety, and behavioural concerns.
She is committed to delivering collaborative, non-judgemental care, empowering children to make sense of their world and supporting families through challenging times.

My son attended play therapy sessions over the past year with Jayne.she had a warm,caring and patient approach that helped put my child at ease,through regular play therapy sessions he became more confident and I noticed improvements in his overall behaviour, communication,confidence and overall happiness.
My daughter attended Jayne's play therapy as part of a group and she looked forward to going on a weekly basis. Jayne provided a safe, calm and happy environment where she could play at her ease and process her emotions and different situations, in particular in relation to school. Jayne was always so professional yet, most importantly, child centered.
Jayne was very professional and caring and understanding towards my son. Her empathy and understanding around his needs were excellent. In every session my child received there was always an positive outcome.
