Ms Aidyl Sanchez is an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist practising at My Therapy in Ireland, where she provides individual psychotherapy sessions both in person in Dublin and online.

Her clinical work involves supporting individuals experiencing a range of psychological and emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma-related symptoms. She also works with concerns relating to relationships, intimacy and sexuality, life transitions, and difficulties associated with self-esteem, self-worth, and identity.

Ms Sanchez provides individual therapy for adults aged 16 and over.
