I visit Aine Rowe and she provides excellent service. Her Outlook is so positive and she goes above and beyond to get you any extra help you might need. Under her care I have achieved strength in areas that have been neglected for years due to pain but through her careful instruction she has made a world of difference in my life

She was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood the treatment and what I needed to do between sessions. Aine went above and beyond to help me get back to full fitness, and I really felt that she cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. Plenty of appointment access so I was treated quickly and experience was really positive. Aine did a great assessment of need and the rehab programme was tailored to my needs, effective and iterated as I recovered. Aine was really good to deal with - a lovely person and knew her stuff!

I visited Aidan over a couple of months and was able to fix a shin issue. It was a pleasure to deal with him and he was very helpful and got me injury free again!
