I visited Aidan over a couple of months and was able to fix a shin issue. It was a pleasure to deal with him and he was very helpful and got me injury free again!

High quality empathic care, backed by experience and interest. Care and instructions were carefully calibrated to my abilities. I was visually and mechanically assessed, in a thorough and reassuring fashion. Tadhg even came downstairs to spare my knees, which was very considerate. Friendly and proactive front desk, who rang to ensure that I could attend when I was running late.

My physio listened to me when I was describing my symptoms and after his assessement and examination of the area, he knew what exercises where required, and he explained clearly to me how to do each one. He also viewed me doing the exercises and then emailed me a comprehensive plan with accompanying demo videos. His manner was calm, professional and reassuring at all times.
