Very good always brilliant with what rehab I have to do and it works
Aidan is a gentleman. His knowledge, professionalism, and encouragement of me are why I keep returning.
Aidan reviews and assesses and always gives a programme of stretches and exercises specific to my needs.
From my very first appointment, Aidan has always been very welcoming and highly professional in all consultations. He always listens carefully to me. Exercises are explained clearly. I would highly recommend Aidan
Always happy with my visit to Aidan. Great treatment, explanations etc
I've been training for an event and have been seeing Aidan for a plantar fasciitis issue and some back pain. Having followed the S&C program and with hands on massage the main issues are gone. The last session was a fine tuning in preparation for a half ironman event. Aidan gives excellent hands on physiotherapy to avoid some niggling issues reoccurring as well as good advice in run up to event.
Always a very clear and methodical approach in diagnosing the issue, and explaining it. Am a returning patient as always feel there is a superior and professional level of knowledge that gives immediate confidence in a resolution.
Aidan is excellent at what he does. There is no fuss just a good fact based service.
A full check in with symptoms and causes is given. Aidan listens to the client to understand their present symptoms and provides resources to minimise the likelihood of future occurrences.
Aidan is highly knowledgeable in osteoporosis care and take the time to educate and guide his patients with clarity and patience. A dedicated and reliable practitioner.
