Dr Reem Alanazy is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist with more than 17 years of clinical experience and advanced expertise in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic procedures. She provides comprehensive women’s health services, with a particular focus on complex benign gynecological conditions and advanced surgical management.

Dr Alanazy currently serves as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Consultant and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery specialist at King’s College Hospital London – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where she has been practicing since June 2024.

Prior to this, she held several senior clinical and leadership roles at the International Medical Center in Jeddah. These included Department Chairman from September 2023 to August 2024, Deputy Chairman from September 2021 to September 2023, and Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist with a focus on minimally invasive gynecologic surgery from September 2020 to June 2024.

Dr Alanazy previously served as an Assistant Professor at King Saud University Medical City and as an Advanced Laparoscopic Gynecology Consultant at King Saud University. She was also Head of the Minimally Invasive Surgery Unit at King Khalid University Hospital and Program Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Training Program.

Her clinical expertise includes abnormal uterine bleeding, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts and benign adnexal masses, ectopic pregnancy, polycystic ovarian syndrome, uterine septum, hysteroscopic surgery, hysterectomy, cervical cerclage, antenatal care, and cosmetic gynecology procedures.
