الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم دخلت للطورائ وكانت معاملتهم ميسرة ولطيفة جداً ورفع تقرير عن حالتي الصحية الى وزارة الصحة وتكفلت بعلاجي ولله الحمد والشكر اجريت لي قسطرة قلبية ووضعت لي دعامة في احد الشرايين ولله الحمد اتمتع الان بصحة وعافية ونشكر كل الفريق الطبي من أطباء وممرضين واداريين على تسهيلات الامور ومعالجتي بسرعة قصوى وأخص بالشكر طيب القلب الذي اجرى لي القسطرة علي والطبيب فادي محمد الذي تابع حالتي حتى خرجت من المشفى بسلام وعافية ونشكر كل من يعمل في مستشفى الموسى من أداريين واطباء وممرضيين وعاملين النظافة

اسلوب التعامل مع المريض صفر قاسية جداً في الكلام مع المريض واسلوبها حاد جداً تقدم النصيحه بأسلوب قاسي تسأل المريض لماذا تأتي للمراجعه طالما لا تلتزم بالعلاج المريض يحتاج الى حنيه وكلام معسول على عكس ما حصل المريض يخرج منها وهو محبط ومستاء
