Dr Anis Ahmad Jamil

Senior Consultant Pediatric Neurologist | Clinical Neurophysiologist

Dr Anis Ahmad Jamil is a Senior Consultant Pediatrician, Pediatric Neurologist, and Clinical Neurophysiologist with extensive clinical experience in pediatric neurology and clinical neurophysiology. He has a long-standing career at King Saud Medical Complex in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on pediatric neurological disorders, epilepsy, and neurophysiological assessment.

Dr Jamil has served as a Consultant Pediatric Neurologist at King Saud Medical Complex since July 1982. He has also held senior leadership roles, including Former Director of the Department of Neurosciences and Head of the Department of Neurology at Children’s Hospital, King Saud Medical Complex.

His clinical responsibilities include pediatric neurology, clinical pediatrics, and clinical neurophysiology services, including EEG, BAER/VER, ERG, SEP, EMG, and nerve conduction studies. He has also contributed to the training of Saudi Board residents in neurology and neurophysiology.

Dr Jamil has been actively involved in research, publications, academic lectures, and professional committees. He has presented more than 40 papers at national and international conferences and served as a peer reviewer for the Journal of Neurosciences and the Saudi Medical Journal. His research interests include epilepsy, seizure control, and pediatric neurological disorders.
