Dr. Partha was our doctor for our IVF process and he was amazing from the start to the end. It was the first time that we had to do any heavy/long medical process but we felt in very good hands. Orchid clinic was a wonderful experience for both my husband and I. From the moment we entered the clinic the staff in reception were warm and welcoming, something we found with all the staff we interacted with. Dr. Partha was exactly the person we needed to meet at that point in our journey. He listened attentively to our unique challenges and sensitively addressed our concerns. He took time to explain the various fertility challenges that can impact becoming pregnant and explained the individual approach he proposed adopting for our unique situation. His warm, informative and sensitive approach made us both feel that we were in partnership with Dr. Partha to achieve our goal. We benefited from his expertise but also really appreciated his kindness and empathy throughout the process. It was not a ‘one size fits all’ approach and we really felt cared for during our time at the clinic. We can happily report that we welcomed our first baby, baby in January 2021.
