Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, Dr Nazek Al Salman, is based at Ultra Medical Center, Al Ain, where she specializes in colposcopy and cosmetic gynaecological procedures. She performs procedures such as labiaplasty, plastic vaginal surgery, and reconstructive pelvic surgery. Her interests include the follow up of high-risk pregnancies and deliveries, normal and caesarean deliveries, family planning, and gynaecological surgery. She is an expert in women's health including healthy lifestyle advice, vaccines, and gynaecological cancer screening. She is also experienced in 4D ultrasound and the early detection of foetal abnormalities.

Dr Al Salman obtained her MD from Damascus University in Syria before completing the Arab Board of Medical Specializations examinations in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (Part 1). She also holds a Specialization Certificate of Obstetrics & Gynaecology from the Syrian Ministry of Health and a master's degree in ultrasound science and laparoscopic surgery. Following her training, Dr Al Salman joined the Specialized Medical Care Hospital in Al Ain City where she managed gynaecological and obstetric cases. This included inpatient and outpatient care, gynaecologic surgeries, vaginal and operative deliveries, and the 4D ultrasound detection of foetal abnormalities.

In addition to clinical work, Dr Al Salman has been involved in research in the management of pre-term labour as well as transverse lie cases. She has also spent time volunteering and has previously delivered educational presentations on cervical cancer at the UAE University. She is an advocate of knowledge sharing and has regularly spoken at weekly presentations at Al Ain Cromwell Hospital since 2010 and writes in local Arabic magazines within the UAE.
