Dr. Mussarrat Ammad is a German board-certified consultant gynaecologist based at CMC Hospital. She has over two decades of experience gained in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. She was previously the head Consultant Gynecologist in the Stuttgart Area, Germany, prior to her current post.

Her major areas of care are the screening, prevention, and treatment of:

Dr Ammad is an expert in a wide spectrum of Obstetrics and Gynecological problems, with a specific interest in Gynecology laparoscopy and Gyne-oncology surgery. She specialises in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of gynaecological and breast malignancies. She is board-certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and also has extensive experience in cosmetic breast and gynaecological surgery.

In 2014, she finished her last residency programme at Munster University, followed by German board certification from Arztekammer Westfallenlippe. She has previously worked in Abu Dhabi University linked hospitals such as Tawam and SMCC.

Dr. Ammad is multilingual, speaking English, German, Urdu, and Arabic. She is well-versed in the health-care systems of Europe, Asia, and the United Arab Emirates, and she appreciates the distinct cultural values of women from various ethnic backgrounds. She has been actively involved in developing women's care standards in both the UAE and Germany.
