Dr Mohamed Shinnawi is an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) consultant with more than thirty years' experience in the field. He is based at Mediclinic Welcare Hospital and Mediclinic Dubai Mall where he specialises in microscopic middle ear surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, and vestibulology.

Dr Shinnawi first qualified in medicine in 1997 from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, before going on to earn his master's degree and Medical Doctorate in otorhinolaryngology. Following this, he became a fellow of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology (Head & Neck Surgery), and he continues to update his knowledge and techniques by attending local and international scientific conferences. Dr Shinnawi has an active interest in research and has been invited to present his work both locally and internationally.

Dr Shinnawi is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery as well as the Egyptian Society of Otorhinolaryngology.
