Dr. Mansoor Anwar Habib is an experienced Consultant in family medicine and occupational health, specialising in the management of patients with a focus on prevention, screening, and healthy habit coaching. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Habib has become an advocate of mental wellbeing, particularly in the area of workplace stress management.

Dr. Habib obtained his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and then worked in the UAE government medical sector. He subsequently obtained membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners, Arab Board in Family Medicine, and a Masters with distinction in occupational health from the University of Birmingham in the UK. He is the first Emirati physician to combine family medicine with occupational health specialty.

Dr. Habib is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor in the Family Medicine Department at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) in the UAE. He is an editor of a chapter in the recent publication book "Positive Psychology in the Middle East & North Africa," and has also published the Arabic wellness book "The Carpenter Door is Broken."

His areas of expertise include chronic case management, habit coaching, health promotion, periodic health screening, stress management, and workplace fitness assessment. Dr. Habib is a certified coach from the American University in Sharjah and holds a certification in emotional intelligence from the 6 Seconds Institute.
