Dr Hexor Cruz is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon practicing at Al Biraa clinic in Dubai, UAE. He has a specialist interest in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

He qualified in Medicine in 1977 from the University of Puerto Rico, and then completed his General Surgery training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, under the guidance of the renowned Cardiovascular Surgeon, Dr Michael DeBarkey. He then undertook his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training at the University of California, before completing Fellowship training in Microsurgery and Transplantation in 1985. Upon completion of his education and training, he worked in Los Angeles in California for many years before moving to Dubai. He has combined surgical experience of more than 30 years in Plastic Surgery.
