It was all very pleasant, the team is very quick and accommodating. However, the cancellation policy does stress me out a little bit, I'm aware it has been recently reviewed, but I still think a 100% charge on the 3rd and all subsequent cancellations is excessive.

Great first impression with the centre and all the staff

I found the whole experience considerably easier than initially anticipated, especially having not been to a centre such as this before, and was made to feel at ease by the general staff immediately.

Experience was good overall. Even my AXA insurance was not covering this clinic, I choose it for the selection of European doctors and not regretting. Plus: comfortable offices, friendly reception, good location. Maybe just some designated free parking could be arranged for the customers, coz it was a challenge sometimes to find a nearest public spot.
