Well , honestly speaking, I think you need to train some doctors and nursed on how to be more friendly and show sympathy and empathy because it seems some don't know these terms and simply they act according to SOP of (commercial organizations!!) Not hospital , Excuse me this is a CLINIC wherein the mental health of a patient is much more important than anything else, because at the very end it is ALLAH who cures and medicines and doctors are just a cause or reason, so please and kindly be a GOOD REASON... we spend money, we spend time, we spend energy, but at the end we get a COMMERCIAL TREAT and we end up with a feeling of getting into a WORKSHOP not HOSPITAL..with more stress and anger that really worsening our health knowing that my sickness is IMMUNITY DISEASE that gets affected easily under stress! The doctors need to be very smart while dealing with the most sensitive cases like mine for instance..(Ulcer/Crohn's) The good / time consuming treatment is what really patients are looking for, and your job is to be upto this level of understanding to know and notice that, just by listening to your patients! I really feel more sick when I visit the clinic nowadays, some doctors don't even smile or listen, instead they insist to interrupt me and send me to CASHIER FIRST!!!!!! commercial mentality at its best! Not to generalize but there are some wonderful staff there who does the missing part of these staff to solve issues and reassuring the patients ( the imarati lady (don't know her name, she is with kindest smile, and always there to listen and show tenderness) Egyptian ALAA/ Indian nurses, Pakistani receptionist is helpful.. my favorite doctor Abdelhakim is the best when it comes to understanding his patients mentality and am still following with him, i cant forget also the cardiologist Dr Azza ahmed. And her nurse who still remember me whenever I show up and asking about my health! If there is a wish, I wish to be doing the same job of that Imarati lady, just to listen and make patients feel comfortable! Regards Ismail ghazi

Dr. Shayma (Nad Al Hamar branch) knew what was wrong with me, As usual me and my family goes always to Dr. Shaima. Would like to give her a special Thank you and all the staff there, and I defiantly recommend her as a family Dr

1. Called for appointment and found no free slots. Came 30min ago for walk in and be the 1st walk in patient. 2. Receiption kept me waited for 20more min to get registered. 3. After registration I had to wait 2hours to meet doctor. So a 3 hours of wait time I had to experi7just to spend 5 min with doctor. I have been Prime hospital's patient since 2012. Never faced such horrible experience and mismanagement. Even the nurses are not coordiap and has communication issue.
