Compared to the overall positive experience I’ve had with your hospital, I must express my concern about a recent incident involving your front office registration staff. (near the escalator) Your registration team needs to be more engaging, transparent, and honest — particularly when asking patients to sign documents. I have been visiting your hospital for over a year now, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. During my recent visit, I was asked to sign on an electronic pad. When I inquired about it, the young lady at the counter, dressed in a black abaya, informed me that it was “just to update your records.” However, later that evening, I received a consent form by email that already contained my electronic signature. This is a serious breach of trust and professionalism. Actions like these can undermine the reputation of an otherwise reputable organization. I am confident that this may have been the action of an individual or a few staff members, but I urge you to address this matter seriously to prevent any recurrence. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Today 18th October i visited Al Nahda Sharjah branch and got disappointed when I booked an appointment with Ortho for 7.45 PM and reached there at 7.40 however there was a long queue of patients more than 13 on the reception and only one staff was trying g to manage it... one more staff who was sitting one seat next to him I asked him that are you taking care of cash or registration he pointed out to the same single guy who was trying ro manage this croud.. he further told that the same staff is managing the payments also... I called on Prime Medival number 04 707 0980 and told them to either put me through a supervisor in this branch so that I can I form and someone should send at least one more staff here... operator who was a male put me through but no one picked up.. and call was dropped.. I call back again .. this time a lady picked up by the name of Deep if I am not mistaken and took my complain... astonishingly I was sitting there for long time ... no one bothered to co.e and see the situation...

i visited your branch for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. The front office staff seemed disengaged, and my file was passed between three different people, which caused unnecessary delays. When it came to the insurance process, I clearly informed the staff that my insurance does not require any copayment—it is fully covered. However, he was repeatedly told that I needed to pay 20%, and I was charged. After I returned from the clinic, I received a call from your team admitting it was a mistake and that I shouldn’t have been charged. By then, I had already reached home. I kindly urge you to train your staff to listen carefully to customers. Not every customer is misinformed—sometimes, they are right. A little attention and respect can go a long way in improving the customer experience. I’ve visited your Mizhar and Warqa branches before and never faced such issues. I hope this feedback helps improve service quality at this location.

The Operating Theatre staff, along with Mr. Jushda and Ms. Kerstin at the HDU, provided exceptional care before and after surgery. We also noted the excellent hygiene and cleanliness maintained by the cleaning staff at Block B reception and the admission office. Their quiet dedication contributes significantly to the hospital’s welcoming and safe environment. I am 24 week s pregnant and suffering with fever , (CSR )Ms. Hajja in the receptionCounter No.1 she wrongly updated insurance while opening file and my medicines keep on rejecting, after a long waiting in pharmacy i came to know..tBack to back am going pharmacy and CSR to ask regarding updates. csr is waiting to Mr Ebris someone,to see her message to update insurance .almost 2 hr i waited , at least she can call and ask them to update ,she is behaving like irresponsible . This mistake happened from her side 1.43 pm i opened file and waiting in the hospital till 4.00pm ,still no updates . other csr is saying we are busy .we cant help go to PRO office . With the help of PRO i rceceived medicines @4.30pm…Very very bad experience from CSR
