I booked my appointment on 21 December 2025 for 05 January 2026 at 7:20 PM with Dr. Sucheta Jagdish. I specifically waited two weeks for this date because I was informed that she was on leave earlier and only a male doctor was available. As this was for a gynecological scan, I was not comfortable and chose to wait for her. One day before my appointment, I received a call informing me that the doctor would be leaving early and that my appointment needed to be rescheduled, despite having already received an SMS confirmation. When I requested to speak with the doctor, I was first told the call could not be transferred. After insisting, I was told she was with a patient. When I insisted again, I was informed that she had already left, even though her working hours were still showing as active. I was then told she had finished with the patient and left early. After waiting two weeks for a confirmed appointment, this last-minute cancellation and the inconsistent explanations were extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for patients’ time and concerns.

Since I started visiting the doctor for my Type 2 diabetes, I have learned a lot about how to manage my condition effectively. The doctor clearly explained what foods to eat, what to avoid, and how portion control and meal timing impact blood sugar levels. I especially appreciate the practical guidance on lifestyle changes, including daily activity, weight management, and long-term habits rather than just medication. The consultations helped me understand my condition better and gave me confidence that diabetes can be controlled with the right approach. The doctor is patient, attentive, and takes time to answer questions in a clear and supportive manner. I now feel more informed, motivated, and comfortable managing my health. Overall, it has been a very positive and reassuring experience, and I would highly recommend the doctor to anyone managing Type 2 diabetes.

I’ve been a frequent visitor for nearly 15 years at Prime MC Arabian center. This was my first time at the 06 mall branch since my recent move. Overall staff interaction was good although the speed at which they work could be improved. My main dissatisfaction was Dr. Khalida. She was not friendly or comforting. She did not explain my diagnosis or my treatment. She dismissed me quickly without listening to me, I assumed it was due to her shift end. The chairs placed for patients to sit in her room were so far away from her desk, it was inconvenient to speak as I had a very bad throat and could not speak loudly. I doubt she heard anything I said and I had to keep repeating myself when it was painful to speak as it is. I have never experienced a doctor to be so distant and disinterested in their patient.

Dr Prashant Sharma is a fantastic doctor. We rate him very very highly. However, I am against the practice of the hospital sending the prescription directly to the pharmacy. It should be made available at the time of consultation. It should be our choice where we want to go. Some of us don’t have the time to wait in long lines and this forces us to choose your pharmacy over another one which delivers to our home. I don’t like such practices! I regard them as an unethical or unnecessary practice. No client should be forced to choose a pharmacy as it should be our choice based on convenience and time. That said, I like Prime Hospital. I only dislike the practice.

Our experience with Dr. Saba has always been excellent from the past many years. She is very warm and knowledgable. Feedback for pharmacy - They delivwr the medicines late always. Prescription was ready by 1 pm and delivery was done by 8:30pm, once at 11 pm too. The sense of urgency is missing. Delivery services need to improve.
