I am very happy to see Dr.Arun again and every other visit to him is amazing. I have a complaint for the nurse who did ECG examination on me. I didn't find her professional and she lack experience. She was re-applying the sticker/electrodes again and again on my chest. She did this quite a lot of times and changed many stickers with new ones. I found her struggling hard and I believe she needs more training. I admit the fact that I have excess hair on my chest but it was same me who got examined for ECG test in June without any issues by some professional nurse. Because of her inexperience, the report generated was not correct and I landed into panic situation which is not good for the ones who has no knowledge about medical field. I am software techie and has no such knowledge. I humbly request the management to train the nurses and ask them to speak frankly. We could have repeated the test after me shaving the spots where stickers needed to be applied. This could be dealt professionally. I repeat again, I have no concern with Dr. Arun and he is an expert in his profession. Thanks!

Selima came in very calm and collected, she knew how to run her team, and explain to me what was expected. She is also very caring, and attentive to what I was feeling. The delivery was quick and smooth and very well guided .. I was super aware of what was happening, and was able to enjoy holding my son for the first time. I would 10000% recommend anyone pregnant to go with Dr.Selima this is my second time giving birth and my experience was a million times better, so happy to know you can actually enjoy the process. I had a telehealth consultation with Prime Healthcare yesterday morning, and I truly appreciate how helpful and efficient the doctor and staff were. The consultation went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of. However, I’m quite disappointed that my prescribed eye drops still haven’t been delivered as of this Saturday morning. This is already the second time I’ve had issues with medication delivery, and it’s really frustrating because I was expecting to receive it shortly after the consultation. I hope this concern can be addressed soon, as timely delivery of prescribed medicines is very important for patients.

Got my facial done at Perla Clinic and my skin has never felt THIS clean. 🫣 I always thought my exfoliating at home was enough, but apparently not, I had so many blackheads and stuff hiding under my skin that only showed up when they started the treatment. This facial is on another level… it’s a medical facial, not your usual spa/salon type. Honestly, 10/10. Their customer service is amazing too. The doctor even checked my skin before the facial to recommend what’s actually right for me. Everything felt customized, gentle, and super professional. I’m definitely coming back!

At the time of registration, patients are asked to provide their ID at the reception. However, the current process often results in IDs being left behind. For sick patients, there is a high chance they may forget to collect it, which can cause unnecessary stress when they realize days later that their ID is missing. Unless they recall that the clinic staff kept it during their visit, they must arrange another day to come back and collect it—an especially difficult situation for those who do not live nearby. This procedure needs to be improved to avoid such inconvenience.

I recently found out I have a gall bladder stone and due for surgery in few days. I was very nervous and a complete wreck, and also because it's my very first surgery. I expected to meet a doctor who had a serious face and someone who would make me more uncomfortable about the surgery. To my great surprise Dr. Mohammed Mirajuddin turned out to be a true Angel who gave me utmost assurance of a safe comfortable surgery and best service. Dr menu is very Good and cheerful but I had bad experience in the pharmacy where I had to wait 30 min for insurance token and all cash patient were served before me ,all most 7 patient and I was feeling sick and dizzy and I asked for a cup of water twice from staff and they refuse to give me ,and I asked for priority since I wasn't feeling well and having pregnancy sickness and vomiting but still they refuse and even I asked then to pay instead of insurance but still they refuse , I had to leave the pharmacy without buying the medication after 25min
