The waiting time is long. The staff will not share the details of your temperature and BP if the patient did not ask for it. I receive notification that e-prescription is ready but I have not yet seen the doctor for the consultation and diagnosis. The billing will not be sent to your email if you have not requested for it. I went to Prime to see the doctor as I have colds, cough, head ache & look likes flu symptoms but the prescriptions include drugs for hypertension and uric (I have informed the doctor that I still have medicine as I just received my 90 days medicine last October 7, 2025). The previous drug for uric is 40 mg Febuday brand and it was change now to 80 mg Adenuric brand. There is no explanation or laboratory basis for the changes of the mg as it was not part of the consultation. I have noticed on the sick leave certificate that the diagnosis are acute sinusitis, unspecified gout, unspecified hyperlipidemia and unspecified (E78.5) which were not discussed in the consultation. And it will take long time to wait again in order to discuss this with the doctor as there are patient inside the room. .i don’t really questions doctor diagnosis but at least this must be informed to the patient particularly if these will be written on the sick leave certificate.

She was the only doctor (we met 5) who explained the procedures, realistic timelines and expected outcome of fertility treatments in the most simple and non commercial way, suiting it to what can be customized for us to cater to our requirements without making us anxious. She assured us from the start that she is a perfectionist and she will only go ahead when she feels the body is ready based on her experience and observations. There was never a moment that I had doubts and the being the first IVF treatment ..there's always alot of general anxiety. Dr Katty calmnand pleasant nature is more reassuring than anything else and I cannot recommend her enough.

My recent visit to the Irish Wellness Medical Center was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff were warm and efficient. I had a sebaceous cyst in my left groin. I visited Dr Amir Nisar, one the nicest human being & by far the best Surgeon available in Dubai. He advised me that cyst will have to be removed, to which I agreed. It was a day surgery, I was quite nervous & scared but Dr. Nisar & his Nurse Naseera & assisting surgeon took really good care of me. Dr. Nisar is most recommended General Surgeon in town.
