جداً راضي تمام الرضا عن زيارتي الاخيره والحمدالله النتايج مرضيه شكرا دكتور يوسف انا تعرضت لألتواء في الكاحل ونتج عن ذالك تمزق في رباط وقطع في رباطين والعظمه تحركت من مكانها وصار تجمع سوائل والتهاب والحمدالله رب العالمين الله رزقنا بدكتور يوسف عبدالخالق والحمدالله باشرت معاه في كل المواعيد ومافوتت ولا موعد وكل مره اطلع منه وانا مطمئن نفسياً والاطمئنان النفسي اهم عن الجسدي بكل امانه وفي زيارتي الثالثه وكانت متواجده معاه دكتوره سناء النومان الشامسي وشافو الاشعه مع ال mri وقالو لي راح نعمل لك عمليه وقلت لهم ان شاء الله وماكان في تخوف ابداً كان في اطمئنان نفسي بسبب الدكتور وطاقم عمله الجبار بكل امانه ودخلت غرفه العمليات وسويت العمليه واللهم لك الحمد اليوم انا بكامل صحتي وعافيتي والكاحل رجع نفس الاول وافضل . دبي الصحيه فعلا تعرف تختار الناس الي لديهم كفاءة جداً عاليا مستشفى راشد محظوظ بوجود الدكتور يوسف شكرا دكتور يوسف شكرا دكتوره سناء على المتابعه والتشخيص محظوظين فيكم دبي الصحيه ودكتور يوسف تعجز الكلمات عن وصفه فعلا دكتور فاهم وعارف ويفهمك شو راح يسوي وشو يصير الحمدالله كل شي صار عندي مثل الاول ورجع طبيعي وكل حد الان يسألني اقولهم عن الدكتور يوسف وماتردد ابدا اني سويت العمليه وباشرت بالعلاج الطبيعي من بعد استشاره الدكتور يوسف ، شكرا دكتور وشكرا لطاقكم الطبي الجبار . اتمنى لك يوم سعيد واتمنى لك التوفيق الدائم وشكرا لك دكتور

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent visit to your medical facility. I have been visiting your clinic for the past 7–8 years and have always trusted your service. However, this time my experience was extremely disappointing. I waited for almost one hour, yet no one attended to me. I was there for treatment and follow-up, but I was not given proper support. One of the nurses was sitting and using her mobile phone. When I requested assistance, she responded rudely, saying that I had many appointments and must wait. Instead of helping, she showed no concern for my situation. I was told the doctor was waiting for me, yet no one guided me or took my case seriously. The overall attitude and lack of professionalism caused unnecessary stress and frustration. This experience is unacceptable, especially from a place I have trusted for many years. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action to ensure better service in the future. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response

I have just underwent a LEEP procedure under Dra. Usha’s care. I was really scared after she told me that it is a protocol since I’ve never had a surgery before in my whole life. But Dra. Usha enlightened me of the whole procedure and had calm me before the procedure will be done. I know how Dra. Usha can be really busy because she is the most sought after OB gyne (I would know because she is always fully booked whenever I need to schedule my appointment with her which means she is the best and top OB gyne in her field) but despite her busy schedule she would always make it a point to reach out to you whenever you have questions. Dra. Usha will make you understand every detail that you need to know. I have been with Dra. Usha for many years now because of the way she cares for me truly and she always make me feel so at ease everytime I would visit her. Her skill and expertise is exceptional. For a pediatric clinic the nurses should be more approachable and know how to talk to kids. Their approach is not appropriate for pediatric. For example to check the weight the nurse pointed the scale and did not communicate with the child. They should describe all the steps they are going through while taking the vitals and mentioning what’s next not showing signs. The doctor experience was good. The pharmacy was bad especially today in the 11/11/2025, the pharmacist had a medication that was out of stock and sent us to prime garhoud instead of ordering the medication and offering the delivery service. We went to prime garhoud and they said the pharmacist should proceed with delivery and the medication should me given from them not from prime garhoud. We went back to the pharmacy in Al Mizhar and the pharmacist said it will be delivered, still waiting nothing was delivered until now. Medication is important and should not be this delayed.

Visiting Dr. Samar was the best decision I’ve made! We have been transferred from alrahmaniya mall branch with little information and not very good handling of our case. There was a requirement of root canal procedure for my 13 year old daughter. Dr Samir was amazing and performed a smooth handling of the procedure for a child with warmth, care, and most importantly experience and knowledge! It’s horrible, the doctor was rude and couldn’t even talk in a nice way aside from he has a heavy indian accent, then he blame the patient for not understanding him. It’s taking a long time for him to use the computer, he’s old and not efficient, you can be old but gold in a way, but definitely he was not that kind.
