She always made sure I was okay even after pregnancy—checking on my recovery and making sure my baby and I were doing well. She was never just “my doctor during appointments,” but someone who genuinely cared about my overall well-being. Whenever I had concerns about my health, she was only one message or call away. Her dedication, compassion, and constant support gave me so much peace of mind during and after pregnancy. Dr. Mehreen is not only an amazing doctor but also an amazing person. I will always be thankful to have had her by my side during such an important chapter of my life.

I recently visited Prime Medical Center, King Faisal Branch, for an emergency ENT consultation for my daughter, and I am truly grateful for the care we received. As soon as we reached the reception, the staff immediately understood the urgency and sent us to the doctor’s room without making us wait even for a minute. I really appreciate their quick response and kindness. The nurses were also very caring and attentive. They approached us right away and guided us quickly to the doctor’s chamber. We saw Dr. Quaid Zoher Hitawala, and he explained everything calmly and clearly the issue, the cause, and all the precautions to be taken. His gentle approach really reassured us. Overall, it was a very smooth and comforting experience during a stressful moment. Thank you to the entire team for their excellent service. Highly recommended.

From the reception to until pharmacy serves is worse, reception guy talking with me Hindi & as per him he thought i’m a Indian hence he have my Emirates ID then when i say i’m from srilanka both receptionist in the counter laughed really don’t know what was funny there. Then I moved to the another room lady was taking temperature she was measured my height then said wait, i was waiting then again she telling me to wait bit higher voice i told her I’m waiting here she telling come weight, she has talking something without knowingly she can ask that can you move to weighing area? Not just like wait.. spent more than 3 hours to overall until i get medicine, i believe that’s not every patience wants from your clinic. Kind reminder who ever coming to take medicine those people are not Indians only.

Dr. Layla is a really great therapist. I felt very comfortable and supported being vulnerable in her sessions. I have learned a lot about myself and gained valuable skills to be more resilient and mentally healthy. I am so glad I got to meet her and I am grateful for her role in my treatment. She challenged me when I needed to be challenged and guided me when I needed to be guided and my experience with her has truly been wonderful. I am very happy with the progress I have made and would truly recommend her as a therapist. She is knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, professional and supportive.

His Intratympanic Steroid Injection was cold, painless and fast (totally different than the previous ones I took it from other doctor) Note: It's important to highlight that I started my SSHL journey with different well known hospital, and meeting Dr. Assem was not planned for. However, due to his professionalism and experience, I'm moving my follow ups with him now.

I came to the clinic at 20:50 and the staff at the front desk was chatting with friends and the patients were ignored. My token number was W112 and the token before me was called almost 25 minutes before. My entire family comes to this Clinic we had a very good experience unfortunately after this incident we have to look for options.
