I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent experience my son and I had at your Barjuman branch. We have been visiting your clinic for over a year, and my son has been under the care of ENT Specialist Dr. Sumaiya Sujahan, who has been treating him for a recurring issue involving cold, fever, nasal congestion, and throat infection. Her treatment has always been effective, and we have consistently trusted your clinic because of her care. However, when I called yesterday to make an appointment, I was informed that Dr. Sumaiya has been transferred and that her replacement is Dr. Tina. As my son was unwell, we had no option but to continue at your clinic since his full medical history is already recorded there. Unfortunately, our experience with the new doctor was extremely disappointing. Despite my son’s fever and weakness, we had to wait a long time due to insurance processing issues. When we finally met Dr. Tina, the consultation lasted only a few seconds. She stated it was likely influenza and abruptly directed us to a general physician, without reviewing any of my son’s prior medical records — even though they are stored within your system. The general physician we were redirected to also conducted a very brief assessment, ordered a swab test, prescribed basic medication, and concluded the visit. There was no effort to understand my son’s long medical history, which has been fully documented at your clinic for over a year. As a parent and as a professional (I am the General Manager of a 4-star hotel in Deira), I found this entire experience deeply upsetting and below the standard of care expected from a reputed medical facility. The doctors barely communicated, did not review medical history, and showed minimal concern for the patient’s condition or comfort. My son is in Grade 9 and has upcoming exams this week. His health condition should have been managed carefully, not handled with such haste and indifference. I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously, review the conduct of both doctors, and ensure patients’ medical histories are always considered before making any diagnosis or referral. I would also appreciate a formal response regarding how this issue will be addressed to prevent such experiences in the future.

Assalamu Alaikom, I want to sincerely thank Dr. Sabah Khalid and Nurse Ms. Natalia and another nurse with her for the wonderful care they gave me when I was very sick and struggling with the flu. They were both so kind, gentle, and caring — I truly felt looked after. Dr. Sabah made sure I received the right treatment and medicine, which helped me recover faster and feel strong enough to take care of my daughter and husband who were also sick. Nurse Natalia was so patient and comforting throughout the process, and her warmth meant a lot to me during that difficult time. I myself witnessed how everyone was so busy attending all patients who were sick that time, inspite and despite off, you can still see the smile from their face which really made you feel you will get well don't worry, we are here.... I’m deeply grateful for their compassion and dedication. They didn’t just treat my illness — they genuinely cared, and that made all the difference. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. i visited your branch for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. The front office staff seemed disengaged, and my file was passed between three different people, which caused unnecessary delays. When it came to the insurance process, I clearly informed the staff that my insurance does not require any copayment—it is fully covered. However, he was repeatedly told that I needed to pay 20%, and I was charged. After I returned from the clinic, I received a call from your team admitting it was a mistake and that I shouldn’t have been charged. By then, I had already reached home. I kindly urge you to train your staff to listen carefully to customers. Not every customer is misinformed—sometimes, they are right. A little attention and respect can go a long way in improving the customer experience. I’ve visited your Mizhar and Warqa branches before and never faced such issues. I hope this feedback helps improve service quality at this location.

I am 24 week s pregnant and suffering with fever , (CSR )Ms. Hajja in the receptionCounter No.1 she wrongly updated insurance while opening file and my medicines keep on rejecting, after a long waiting in pharmacy i came to know..tBack to back am going pharmacy and CSR to ask regarding updates. csr is waiting to Mr Ebris someone,to see her message to update insurance .almost 2 hr i waited , at least she can call and ask them to update ,she is behaving like irresponsible . This mistake happened from her side 1.43 pm i opened file and waiting in the hospital till 4.00pm ,still no updates . other csr is saying we are busy .we cant help go to PRO office . With the help of PRO i rceceived medicines @4.30pm…Very very bad experience from CSR

I am used to waiting for 40minutes before being seen to even if i am early for an appointment. Its not uncommon in Prime but i usually go off satisfied that my child has been seen and heard. However that was not the case today. I understand that the doctor may have wanted to see as many patients to help everyone (used 2 rooms), but he didnt use my childs name or asked how he was feeling. When he listened to the chest it was so quick that i doubt he heard anything. When i told him cough has been ongoing for 1week and that the meds have not helped, he just put it down to allergies. I am not usually picky with the doctors we see, but sometimes, i wish they took more time.
