I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr. Hussain Ismail, who treated me during our visit to Prime Medical Centre Ajman on 08 February. From the very start, Dr. Hussain was calm, attentive, and extremely thorough. He took the time to properly assess my condition and, most importantly, was very mindful of the fact that I am a heart patient. This level of awareness immediately gave me confidence and reassurance. He carefully reviewed my medical history and current medications, and made sure that the treatment and medications he prescribed would not interfere with my existing heart medications. His approach was both cautious and well-informed, striking the right balance between treating my immediate condition effectively while prioritizing my long-term health and safety. Dr. Hussain explained everything clearly, answered our questions patiently, and ensured that I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the consultation. His professionalism, medical expertise, and genuine concern for patient well-being truly stood out. Doctors like Dr. Hussain Ismail are the reason patients feel safe placing their trust in a healthcare facility. I would like to share my experience with Dr. Usha Kiran, whom I truly believe is one of the best gynecologists in Dubai. She performed my myomectomy surgery, which lasted nearly 4 hours and was quite complex due to my multiple previous C-section pregnancies. Despite the challenges, she managed to save my uterus and remove only the fibroids. Her expertise and calm approach gave me so much confidence. Dr. Usha Kiran is extremely kind, patient, and supportive. She explained the entire procedure in detail and made sure I understood everything, which really helped ease my anxiety. I would also like to thank the staff at Prime Hospital Al Garhoud for their excellent care and attention. My stay was very comfortable, and I felt well looked after throughout. Highly recommended.

This is the first time we experiencing very bad customer service from Prime, not a delay, not caring the patients, not considering the value of time for any patient. the consultation itself taken time, after that we had to wait for more than 45 minutes till nobody came to give the nebulization for my daughter, I had to leave the clinic without taking treatment. The nurse mentioned you go and tell the reception not register more customers as there is crowd, which they are not able to manage. They are not well-versed to how to handle the crowd and provide customer service, better you change the nurses who are not good enough to handle the crowd, or you manage the appointments the way they can manage.

This is the second time that we visited Advanced Care Oncology Center for a PET Scan for my wife. Our experience has been extremely good in both occasions. While all the team members at Advanced Care Oncology Center have been extraordinarily kind and supportive (from walking into the facility to registration to medical support etc.), I must mention Ms Liz who made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Above all, I had the opportunity of meeting Mr Basheer (Managing Director) of Advanced Care Oncology Center. He is an outstanding gentleman. His warmth and kindness is exemplary. I pray to the Ever Merciful Almighty that He may bless Mr Basheer and the full team at Advanced Care oncology Center 💕

Priority should be given to patients with scheduled appointments. The cashier area should function strictly as a cashier counter only, not as an additional processing or triage point. When patients—especially those who are already sick—are kept waiting longer than necessary, it increases their risk of exposure and puts everyone in the facility at higher risk. Streamlining patient flow will help reduce congestion, improve safety, and ensure faster service for those who need care.
